- Service: by visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
- Third-party service: refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.

- You: a person or entity that is registered with Cats and geeks to use the Services.
Shipping costs are applied at the checkout step once you’ve entered your shipping address.
We send goods to all countries of the world, except: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine.
Delivery is carried out by different courier services, so it is important to provide the exact delivery address, email address and your phone number so that the courier service can contact you as soon as possible in case of delivery.
The product with the unique design of your choice is fulfilled only after you put the order and made a payment. If possible, it is fulfilled in a production facility located closer to your delivery address, but if the product is not available in a particular warehouse, it may be fulfilled in another region and may require a longer delivery time.
Multiple products may be sent to you in multiple shipments. Please wait for order status information before opening a claim for a non-received product.
We will try to process your order immediately, but due to various circumstances, delivery may take a period of time beyond our control or guarantee. We will aim to deliver all items within 5-20 days of payment, but please note that delivery may be delayed during particularly busy delivery periods such as Christmas.
Depending on order’s destination and fulfillment location, your might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. Please check Customs fees Policy in your region.
Return and Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can’t be returned.
Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. As you have purchased via Online payment, you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Cats and geeks is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the return address shown on package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cats and geeks is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
